A Passion Ignited Early
I developed a passion for video editing in middle school, gaining a strong foundation in Adobe Premiere Pro. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Media Industries, and further hone my skills with Assistant Editing Training from The Handy Foundation.
Experience Across Industries
With about seven years of experience as a freelance video editor, I've had the opportunity to work on diverse projects. I've assisted editors on feature films ("About My Father" - 29 million, "LIFT" - 100 million) and documentaries, edited short films, some of which went on to win Best Acting awards at film festivals, wedding videos, sports highlights, and social media content, and even worked as a Post Production Assistant on those feature films. I'm proficient in industry-standard editing software including Premiere Pro, AVID, and Final Cut Pro. Additionally, I've utilized After Effects to create simple motion graphics, enhancing the visual storytelling of my projects.

My editing style leans towards clean and minimalist aesthetics. I thrive in collaborative environments, having experience working alongside colorists, videographers, graphic designers, motion graphics designers, and film executives.

Building My Network & Looking Forward
I'm actively building my network and client base. I'm particularly interested in working on more short films and music videos, but I'm always happy to take on new and exciting projects. I'm confident that my skills and dedication will lead to strong partnerships with future clients.
